I am mourning the loss of some of my favourite household item brands no longer found in any supermarket near my house. It gets rather depressing thinking about how I now have to make do with other brands from now on. T_T

In other news, I am like, 3/4 likely to become a student of NTU. I am going to have no friends in NTU! Can everyone please stop accepting FASS/NUS Biz?? :(

I am now officially a huge Star Trek: TNG fan. I have been youtubing funny videos and have watched the one of Data singing his life forms song 5 times now. It's so incredibly cute! He's definitely my favourite character in the series now. Does anyone have the DVDs for loan? Preferably Seasons 3 - 7 thank you very much.

Hello to those of you lovely people who still read my blog! I am kinda back from my mental-blogging hiatus, during which absolutely nothing fascinating has happened. It was supposed to be some sort of precious thought-sorting-out time but I suppose things didn't work out as well as they were supposed to. Maybe I should try a different method this time. Oh well, life still goes on!

So, of course several things have happened so far, like how I'm currently taking driving lessons. I just had my second one earlier today, which was pretty much disastrous because half-clutching pwned me. The car was basically moving and I didn't even know how or why =/

Also, my PC completely died on me, which was partly why I was so MIA with photos and stuff. Actually I have decided to remain MIA for the rest of the pictures except for rong's, because she's persistent like that despite my ignoring of her pleas. HAHA!

More importantly, of course, would be all the uni applications. Still rather sad and annoying that NUS didn't bother giving me a chance for an interview, seeing how I just checked the self-service thing and found that I have been accepted into FASS. A cause for celebration for others, perhaps, but I figure it's probably not where I want to be. Right now it seems I am most likely headed to NTU, which is kinda depressing because of various reasons. I'm still waiting for SMU to give me a reply, though, so hopefully there's still a silver lining somewhere.

But anyway, I am starting to feel like I'm getting into a rut here, so I can't wait for school to start. I always expected the 8-month holiday to be so much more fun! I suppose it was fun at first, but after a while, shopping/dating/movie-watching can only bring me that much joy. I need to inject new life into this horrid routine of mine!

So, I've made some plans so far, but they're still in the initial stages. Let's see how things go.
